A) Location of rental must be within the greater toledo ohio metrolpolitan area.
B) We will deliver and pick up the equipment and assist in unloading and/or loading only. We are not responsible for set-up or tear-down of customer's event.
C)Customer agrees to a $49.00 delivery and labor charge.
D) Eqipment is due back on the date and time agreed to on the contract. Arrangements for our pick up will be scheduled in advance. If this needs to be changed, please call: 419-215-4181 and leave a message at least 24 hours before pick up. Failure to do so; or if we cannot gain access to pick up our equipment will result in an additional $49.00 transportation and labor charge. Equipment not picked up by the due date and time agreed upon will also be subject to an additional late charge of $25 plus all daily rental and related fees.
E) “No-calls” 24 hours after the return due date/time will be treated as stolen property and in addition to replacement cost, customer will be charged for full rental charges and all related late fees.
F) Equipment must be returned in the same condition it is rented to you. No staples or tacks! Please clean your spills and remove all adhesives (incl. Tape) before returning the equipment! There will be a $50 cleaning fee on all heavily soiled equipment created by your rental. Customer will be charged replacement cost for irreparable and permanent damages while our equipment is in their custody.
G) Missing or irreparably damaged equipment will be charged a replacement cost of $100 per table and $40 per chair and replacement cost for all other equipment. This is not open to negotiation or depreciation. This equipment is comitted to rentals for other customers within a short period of your rental and this is the price we must pay to insure replacment so that our commitments to other customers can be honored.
H) Equipment is always cleaned and inspected between rentals. Any damage will be discussed with the customer at the time of pick up. If we are unable to contact customer, we reserve the right to notify you of damages found within 12 hours of your return; and charge for said damage accordingly under the terms of this contract.
I) Customer agrees to protect our equipment from weather elements and will not store equipment where damage (water or otherwise) will result. Customer will be charged full replacement cost for our property damaged or lost from all perils (including theft).
J) Customer credit card on file is authorized to be charged for missing and/or damaged equipment and related fees.
K) Customer assumes all responsibility and liability of use of our equipment while in their possession and expressly releases the equipment owners from any and all property and bodily injury liability claims from both themselves and all others while equipment is in their possession.
